Carlos Solorzano currently serves as a Program Advisor. His responsibilities include advising scholarship recipients from Latin America, including Brazil and the Caribbean, on matters related to funding disbursements, visa and work permits, health insurance, and housing in their host country. He oversees the grant funding distribution and compliance for his assigned contracts.
Carlos is from Guadalajara, Mexico, and is fluent in English and Spanish with has extensive working experience in Mexico, Japan and in the US in the corporate and public sectors.
Carlos graduated from the University of Guadalajara with a major in international business and a minor in business administration. He holds a specialization degree from the Open University of Catalonia in Supply Chain Management (Production and Design Processes), and a MS in project management from Northeastern University (Fall 2017).
