
Clark Bernard (Emeritus)

Clark Bernard is a retired partner of PricerwaterhouseCoopers LLP where he directed audit and consulting services for over 25 years. Mr. Bernard led the Firm’s nonprofit business on a national scale, directly serving many of the Firm’s large university clients across the country. During his career with PWC, he also served a broad variety of clients in the banking, industrial manufacturing, and retail industries, whose businesses were international. Mr. Bernard holds a BS in accountancy from the University of Illinois and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. He was a Peace Corps volunteer in Ecuador for two years where he taught courses at the Catholic University in Quito and worked with organizations which promoted the education of disadvantaged children. Now retired, he maintains a strong connection with Latin America and frequently travels in the region. In addition to Laspau, Mr. Bernard has served on the Board of Trustees of the Institute of Contemporary Art in Boston as well as on the Board of Revels, a Boston-based performing arts organization. He currently serves on Laspau’s Audit and Finance Committee.
