Eugenia Garduño

Deputy Director

Eugenia Garduño is a graduate from the International Education Policy Program at the Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE) and holds a doctorate in Educational Policy, Leadership and Instructional Practice, also from HGSE. She has worked at the Mexican Ministry of Public Education and as the Head of the OECD Center in Mexico. She has been a lecturer at the University of Texas (Arlington) and Head of Academic Affairs at CREFAL, an international organization working on adult education in Latin America and the Caribbean. She is the co-founder of the Women United for Education network in Mexico (Mujeres Unidas por la Educación, MUxED).
