Ellen Kranzer is Laspau’s Manager of Computer Operations and has been at Laspau since 1986. She started as an accounting assistant. In 1988, Laspau installed its first office-wide computer system and Ellen assumed the job of overseeing Laspau’s internal network and computer systems, a role she has held since then through a number of technology changes. Ellen holds a bachelor of science in chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, She also holds a masters of liberal arts in information technology from the Harvard University Extension School. Recently, she completed a graduate certificate in non-profit management, also from the Harvard University Extension School.
