Ealeen Ceballos is currently a Program Coordinator for University Innovation. She provides key support in the design, coordination and implementation of the activities as indicated in the program design. She also drafts proposals for clients, supports She also drafts proposals for clients, supports budget development and program evaluation. Works with the Program Assistant to communicate program logistical requirements. Prior to joining Laspau, Ealeen served as the Communications and Administrative Coordinator for a nonprofit organization in Massachusetts. In her native Venezuela, she accumulated broad experience both in government and in the private sector. Ealeen holds a BA in Business Administration, a degree in Marketing as well as a degree in Behavioral Science.
