Ester Ramírez provides high-level support to Laspau’s Executive Director. She is also Executive Assistant/ Clerk of the Corporation, serving as liaison between the Executive Office and the Board of Trustees. Prior to joining Laspau, Ester worked for Ferrominera Orinoco companies in Puerto Ordaz, Venezuela in the areas of human resources focusing on recruitment and training. She also taught English as a second language at C.V.G Siderúrgica del Orinoco (SIDOR) and at the Universidad de Carabobo (FUNDAUC). Ester is from Venezuela and graduated from Cornerstone University with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and linguistics.
