Amy has over 10 years of experience in the field of international education. She currently develops and manages scholarship programs in the Caribbean, Mexico, Panama, Peru and Venezuela. She also manages the LASPAU internship program and leads operations for the organization’s Fulbright Selection and Recruitment team. In 2008, Amy was selected to participate in Harvard University’s Administrative Fellowship Program (AFP). Prior to coming to Harvard, Amy worked as a study abroad advisor at Brandeis University and Harvard University, staff assistant for the Global Master of Arts Program (GMAP) at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, and as an ESL and Spanish instructor at both EF International Language School and the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. She has served as a Peace Corps volunteer in the Dominican Republic, taught ESL to Fulbrighters in Managua, Nicaragua, and studied abroad in both Mexico and Spain. Amy holds a BA in English and Spanish (University of Wisconsin, Madison) and MA in Teaching English as a Second Language (University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign). She is an active participant in NAFSA: Association for International Educators.
