Description : The Gerentes Innovadores (Innovative Managers) Program provides opportunities for managers and executives to strengthen their skills and gain additional training through internships or short courses (3-12 months) outside of Colombia focused on managing enterprises involving research and development, innovation, and knowledge management.

The program is aimed at executives (ie, presidents, vice presidents, managers) and professional staff of companies focused on research and development and innovation, and directors of research centers, technology centers, and regional production centers.
