Description: LASPAU received a grant from the MacArthur
Foundation to facilitate the participation of Cuban
scholars in the National Endowment for the Humanities
1994 Summer Seminars for College Teachers. Three professors
from the Universidad de La Habana, each considered
to be a leading teacher and scholar in the fields
of American literature and English, participated in
the seminars at universities across the United States.
