Description: This program linked COLCIENCIAS, LASPAU, and the Universidad del Rosario’s Center for Knowledge Management and Innovation in an effort to provide 60 government, academic, and business leaders from the Andean Region with training in the most recent policies and practices in managing issues related to science, technology, and innovation. The program was designed for senior policymakers in government agencies, managers of technological institutions, and decisionmakers in the business sector and in academia. The program consisted of an introductory conference and five subsequent seminars held in Colombia and the United States.
