Higher Education in Latin America: The Challenges of the Market and Institutional Reform

Description: The symposium, which coincided with LASPAU’s 30th anniversary, convened the largest group of Latin American higher education policymakers and university leaders ever assembled at Harvard University. Over 150 participants from 13 countries shared their views on the challenges of higher education reform stimulated by shifts in governance and economic policies in the region.
