IDIA

Services

  • Building Institutional Capacity

We work closely with higher education institutions, governments, and the private sector to understand organizational goals and to strengthen the capacity of leaders to promote academic reform. The programs we design guide university administrators and faculty in creating an action plan to improve student learning by connecting them with our global network of higher education experts and institutions, ensuring that the results are both scalable and sustainable.

  • Customized Faculty Development Programs

We create multi-phased programs to strengthen university teaching and learning, with an emphasis on student-centered teaching, learning assessment, and outcomes-based course design methodologies. Our areas of expertise include STEM fields (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) and the training of future teachers.

  • Comprehensive Assessment of Program Outcomes

We collaborate with institutions to define their goals for improving teaching and learning, and create a plan for measuring and assessing progress towards those goals on both an individual and an institutional level.
