Your health insurance coverage:

Working authorization:

Traveling outside the U.S. over a university break? Please read important information for Travel Outside the United States (for grantees studying in the United States only).

Academic Progress Report: The online progress report form is now available. Please complete this form as soon as you are notified of your results.

Studying in the United States and paying taxes: Because FANTEL is a Salvadoran organization, income from your FANTEL scholarship is not taxable, but if you receive income from any source other than your grant, you may have to pay taxes on that income. Visit the U.S. Taxes section for more information.

Is your program ending? You must fill out a Program Completion and Evaluation Survey online and make your flight arrangements to return home. Additional information on program completion can be found here.

Changing your address? If you change your address during your course of study, you must notify your LASPAU program advisor of your new address within 10 days of your move.
