Academic Progress Report

LASPAU collects information about your academic progress twice a year, in January and June. When you are done filling out this form, press submit. The report will automatically be emailed to your LASPAU program advisor as well as to your academic advisor using the email address you provide for him/her below.

If any information has changed since the last time you notified LASPAU, please check the "New?" box associated with the item.
Please do not fill out this form until you know your grades for each course taken (if applicable), and make sure you include your GPA, if known. If you did not take graded classes, you do not need to report your grades or GPA, but please fill out your academic activities in the Comments section.
Please notify your LASPAU advisor by email if you will not be able to meet the stipulated progress report deadline.
