In 2008, Goldman Sachs launched the global initiative 10,000 Women in several countries with the goal of providing 10,000 underserved women with business and management education. LASPAU and the Tecnológico de Monterrey, a leading Mexican university, have now partnered with the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women initiative to extend this effort to Mexico and Central America.

LASPAU will lend its expertise to the initiative by implementing the 10,000 Women Faculty Development Program. Through the program, LASPAU will work with two business schools in Mexico and Central America to enhance the quality of their teaching. Click here for more details.

The Tecnológico de Monterrey, through the Institute for the Entrepreneurship Development, is partnering with the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Women Initiative to develop the 10,000 Women Business Training Program. The Program will train 100 women in Mexico and Central America in business management through online and on site sessions and a virtual business incubator that will help to develop the participants' business and leadership skills.
